When you leave us your email so we can notify you about new versions, we store your email, the system you chose (Mac or Windows) and the date. Nothing else.

No one. We do not share or sell your email.

We count visits and clicks on Download with PostHog, an analytics service. We do not use cookies or identifiers that stay stored on your device, so one visit is not linked to the next. We only store the domain of the site you came from and the link’s campaign tags, if it has any. With PostHog we do not work out your location from your IP. Cloudflare, the service that hosts this page, also counts visits in aggregate and without cookies; its reports include the approximate country of each visit.

• Transcription. It happens on your device: the meeting audio and your microphone are transcribed on your computer. Only if you choose Deepgram and save your key, the meeting audio travels to Deepgram, a transcription service, using your own account.
• Coach. Only when you ask, the recent conversation goes to Claude through OpenRouter, and only to providers that do not store what they receive.
• Translation. It happens on your device. It does not leave your computer.
• Copy in your account. It is optional. If you turn it on, your meetings are saved in your Live Captions account so you can see them from another computer. If you delete a meeting, it is also deleted from the cloud.
